I didn’t realize all the Hoang Bi lore until I saw a YouTube comment today and went down a rabbit hole lol. So here’s my half-baked conspiracy theory on his channel:
FS1 has to be behind the channel. If they wanted the channel down, it would be down. It’s not hard to make copyright claims and YT has a robust strike system. In addition to FS1 claiming copyright so could the NBA, NFL, etc. Ever notice how they never have game footage on the official FS1 channels? They clearly don’t have the rights and it’s a significant competitive disadvantage. This is a YT channel consistently posting copyrighted material since 2021 and it has not been taken down… It’s not like a streaming site that is offshore and nearly impossible to take down. It’s a YT channel!! Something just doesn’t add up.
In summary, multiple 6-12 figure corporations/leagues have let copyrighted content consistently be posted to an American platform with a history of enforcing its rules. I could see why FS1 would run this channel under the table but not why one of these leagues wouldn’t step in and take it down. I know for a fact YT could take HB out swiftly if they were prompted to.
