Anyone Else Having Trouble Getting Refunded Because Discount Wasn't Applied?

I'm owed about $100. I verified that I'm a teacher through Id.Me at checkout online and was shown the discount applied, but my 40% discount (at that time) wasn't actually applied to my order. It's been over a month (and three times) now since I first contacted customer support chat and I still have not been refunded the amount I'm owed.

Each time, support gave me this as an answer:

I'm not sure what to do. $100 is a lot of money to me.
