Need help with frenulum stretching

So I'm a 18 yo male and never retracted my foreskin until a few months ago. With the help of stretching I can pull it down while flaccid but when Its erect I can only pull it back behind the tip. But my frenulum pains like hell if I pull down foreskin while erect, I really need suggestions on how to stretch my frenulum.
