How do you paint your Ultramarines?

Howdy everyone! I'll cut right to the chase: show me your ultramarines!

While the boys in blue aren't my main army, I do have some older kits that I want to paint up nicely as UM. But any blue I try just doesn't seem right - they're either too dull or too bright, and I just can't find one I like. Probably the closest I've come to finding one that I like is here, but having tried I can't seem to recreate it.

So I humbly ask for you to show off your gang and a bit about how you painted them, to inspire me and your fellow UM enjoyers to find the blue they like most :)
