Torn between dry brush and edge highlights

Post Body

I've in the process of stripping my old black templar army and working on painting them up as Ultramarines. However I'm torn on how to paint them.

The first and arguably easiest is spray them blue, then base with a thin coat of Macragge blue before drybrushing with Calgar blue. Then a nice thin wash of drakenhof nightshade.

The second method is the same as above except instead of a wash it's pin highlight all the panels, edge highlight etc. My highlighting skills are shit btw.

How do you guys do yours? Looking for a relatively quick but decent tabletop standard.
