Slippery pad on polycro

I have a Big Agnes Rapide sleeping pad and unless I am on completely flat ground, i slid a ton! I woke up almost halfway out of my pyramid tent- thankfully it wasn’t raining! Anyone have a solution to this? I have tried aquaseal dots on the pad and don’t notice much difference. Thanks!
