Silpoly rain jacket with zippered pockets?

Looking for a rain jacket that has:

*large pit zips

*silpoly or a similar material which is designed to not wet out.

*zippered hand pockets, chest pocket is a plus

*full chest zip, no pullovers

*XL/XXL size available, (6’ 1” male). I have very broad shoulders

*waist cinch

I am having trouble finding such a product and was wondering if it exists. I’ve checked out Lighterheart gear, but was dismayed by the lack of zippered pockets and no waist cinch. Additionally, I have tried on the Montbell Versalight, but the largest size was too tight in my shoulders. Any ideas? I don’t think ponchos are for me.
