I can’t decide between the ULA 2024 circuit, catalyst, hyperlight prism, and crux 40.
There’s a wide difference in capacity but some of the 40L options have way higher weight limits then some of the 60 liters I was looking at. My hip size is 26.5in and my torso length is 18in, I have in the past had an issue with packs that say 15-18 torso and 26-31 in hip (or similar), sometimes being at opposite ends seems to make it harder to find a perfect fit/properly adjust the pack
I’m going on a lengthly multiple month expedition, will have crampons, an ice axe, trekking poles, and must have storage for 20-30 days dehydrated food carry, as well as the space for an excess 8lbs of pet supplies. We’ve minimized a lot of our gear, taking very few clothes, dehydrated practically everything, all containers swapped to ziplocks or dry bags, my cooking set up has been reduced to 604g 800 g in fuel, though I’m not done buying some gear(I’ve been replacing lots with more durable options for the long trip) so I don’t have a base weight but I want some personal recommendations/advice/opinions before I take the plunge on a $500 bag (there’s no in person retailers near me)
