Good ultralight gear is expensive.

Selecting gear of course comes with weight and cost considerations but what brands provide the best warranty service, return service or the like can be as important. This would include timely communication, replacement or repair and shipping, including flexibility of getting to you if on the trip.

What is your experience with an ultralight brand during warranty service positive or negative? Since business quality can change over time when this happened can be as important as what happened.
