Frameless pack "barrels" when putting my quilt in it
Post Body

I'm not sure if this is a skills question or a purchase advice question. I have an EE Enigma 20 degree quilt, a GG Kumo, and a GG Mariposa. If I pack my quilt into my Kumo it "barrels" out , and isn't the most comfortable to carry/wear. I plan on doing a couple hikes this upcoming season that will need a 20 degree quilt, but may not need the space the Mariposa offers, and I'd rather not carry the extra pound if I don't have to.

Is there a way to pack a quilt into a smaller frameless pack without it barreling?

Should I be looking at a different quilt or backpack?
