So I’ve played through the game using the steam deck, and honestly I had a good time? From what I’ve seen, many people think that it would make the game harder and would certainly make certain tech impossible to do.
But I never had this issue, I lowered the auto-aim down and I still am able to do well. I’m able to do railcoin and stuff (well except for the cannonball whiplash, but I don’t really use it) the only difficulty I have is maybe some of the movement, but the back pedals help.
Yeah I know the auto-aim can screw me over which is why Im gonna practice without it. As for the movement I think I can rebind my movement so it’ll be smoother.
And timing of course, honestly the only reason for 50% was probably because I pulled out the red rail Canon too soon or the core eject already hit an enemy
Is it? Maybe I should practice more without it.
Tho I was able to pull of core nuking about 50% of the time with it
Well if I’m being honest, I’m not really aiming for speed runs or modded difficulties (maybe I’ll switch to kb/m when ultrakill must die is released) as for movement I think I can get better if I just get used to the backpedals since I have them mapped to it
Can’t really tell since I haven’t practiced (mostly since I get too lightheaded at all the shit that is happening) but I’m pretty possible with lower aim assist to none.
Edit: actually it should be possible since the coin is tossed relative to the player position, the aim assist could throw it off but it needs further testing
Do you mind providing an example? I know that certain tech (like the cannonball combo I mentioned) can be hard I know that

Ouch but true. I only use about 10% just so I can get used to it. But I’m still a scrub.
I’m assuming you use a controller? Or mouse?
