This is so sad, but honestly, this is the first representation of lesbian love/relationships I've ever seen on TV. Granted, I don't watch much TV. I know there are many shows about lesbians, but I've never seen one before, especially in reality TV. Ok yeah, there is the now-and-again lesbian best friend, or queer aunt, but not center stage.
I'm not sure how the queer community feels about the couples picked, but I personally loved the diversity. I learned so much and was moved by the beauty of these relationships.
I hope more reality couple shows consider other types of relationships besides hetero- I'd kill for a lesbian version of Love is Blind.
