First off I did not like how everyone was in there early to mid twenties. This was the first time seeing a marriage related dating show where I felt too old to compete. Granted this will increase with the years lol but being 30 I felt really odd and that was a first and surprise. Considering kinetic's other shows have a more around 30 age line.

Almost none of the guys on the show have any clue how to have a healthy conversation. It's embarrassing just seeing them on screen have a horrible reaction not want to listen and then just storm off. Everytime. Everyone cuts everybody off and nobody honestly smells like they're in a healthy relationship of the 8 who went past the picking ceremony.

Alexis: D- : her behavior and focus on making sure that her man makes x money, is enough in and of itself to make this girl single forever. I feel concerned for Hunter and for anyone who would be with her because she feels like the kind of woman that would constantly make a man more concerned about his ability to provide rather than being a source of strength for him to grow with. Also horrible plastic surgeries and 18 layers of too much makeup. However she does seem to have a real love for Hunter or at least a territorial love.

Hunter: B : he didn't really seem to have any real flaws maybe that was just me. Being with Alexis would definitely increase a person's calm and tolerance of interesting behavior and public and private. Definitely believe that his proposal was genuine as he was the one that needed to convincing going into the series and apparently seeing five other women helped him solidify his choice. Concerned that he maybe didn't resolve with Alexis the concern of belittling his ability to provide. So only flaw.i see is he is a tad meek for her perhaps?

Nate: F- : honestly the only reason why he isn't below F tier is because he at least is territorily protective of Lauren and willing to at least verbally compromise. It was an incredible b**** move to freak out when nobody was choosing him. Then he was talking about switching his girl pics over and over again. His proposal was fake as all hell. He didn't resolve anything with Lauren. And just seemed like a pissed off teenager who rushed into a choice right then and was scared Colby would swoon his woman.

Lauren C- : she didn't have anything glaringly wrong about her other than just she had concerns related to family that she didn't have the courage to say no to Nate during his fake proposal in order to actively have enough opportunity to work on that. And really figure out what the issue was whether it was Nate, actually having kids, or just Nate. Lauren lacked courage in the situation and ultimately that's why we have to give her a c minus.

April B-: initially when I first saw her I wasn't a fan because of her fake chest and let's be real at that age to have made that investment just seems really odd. However as the show progressed and she was open and honest about how she felt and how she was leaning into the experiment the whole way through and also how she is committed to trying to figure out what she can do better to comfort and love Jake made me see that that this person really wanted to improve even if they don't fully understand how which is very difficult because self-evaluation is a war. She made the best of a situation with Colby where she knew that she wasn't a first choice which is a tough tough ordeal. She didn't just fist fight Jake every single moment after they got back together for having a good bond with Rae. Ultimately you can tell that there is a deep love and while there are some concerns with her as far as long-term maturity you can tell that she is committed and wanting to grow with him. I will say I am still concerned by the fakies at 23. I know genetic background perhaps isn't always blessed in that realm. But you're 23. Just be yourself. Also concerned that she might not have the best long-term plans or realistic goals financially.

Jake B : he seems really relaxed and calm and open to really figuring out is April 1 or is Rae possibly an option? And let's be real both of them are pretty good picks. It isn't like one of them is complete dumpster trash and the other one is a diamond they are both great girls. Both however are pretty much the same as far as they are both looking to actively start a family right this moment and I think that Jake's big issue is that he really isn't wanting to start a family tomorrow. Or at least as nervous about that. And both of the women in his life want that actively and are actively trying to get a family tomorrow. He needs to break up with both for a good year and just enjoy non military life as a bachelor for a season.

Rae B : When zay was first talking about how she would not open up and would not do this and would not do that and would not affirm his affections I was concerned about her. But when we realized that zay is a nightclub promoter who really isn't doing a good job of including Ray and his social media and is kind of giving her the black dog treatment as far as not showing her off and also seeing how incredibly horrible a communicator zay is and territorial and also just large which would mean that whenever he gets upset for safety purposes Ray would probably feel like shutting down just for her own safety. You can see how her habits have formed for survival. She seems like a genuine woman who has realistic goals and expectations but I don't feel she fully has fleshed out why she wants the things that she wants.

Randall A- : Randall has so many good qualities about him other than his amazing ability to put his own foot in his mouth. Of course it doesn't help him that he got paired with Madeline who has zero filter and ultimately just wants to ride his dick every 5 minutes. The fact that Randall didn't have sex with her despite the fact how obvious the girl was in heat for him both in conversation with him and in conversation with everybody else it is really impressive as to the reality of him understanding that jumping into sex isn't a solution to a relationship. He isn't the best of communicators like every other guy in the series except for maybe Hunter who still has meekness problems. However Randall is patient respectful and trying to be the right man.

Shanique A : I love her background and her family's dynamic. Her family are immigrants from it seems like Jamaica/ Haiti (if I'm wrong forgive me), and they understand what it means to start from.tbe bottom and grow while.remaining bonded and unified in goals. She is well put together as far as how she behaves as well as making sure that her goals are laid out. She is wise and how she tries to have meaningful dialogue with pissed off men. The way that she was able to attempt to disarm zay when he was going full baby talk angry at her without being argumentative was incredibly impressive. I would love to be in a relationship with a woman like her because I know we would be able to have meaningful dialogue in which both people are actively interested in bettering in the other person without trying to put down. Yes with Randall there were moments where perhaps we could be a slightly more patient and have tried to hear him out a little bit better but Randall wasn't helping his case with how he was wording things I'm trying to put blame back on shanique rather than holding her hand and trying to psychologically analyze his own beliefs. Shanique is a gem.

Zay F: at first the way that the show presented him you would think that Ray was possibly the problem in their relationship. Until I realized very quickly Ray was shut off from her emotions purely for safety from zay's scary demeanor posture and intimidating Factor during his mood swinging rage moments. So often when the cameras were not directly on them and they were showing the hidden camera footage you could clearly feel like Zay has an abusive rapey vibe going on. He seems like somebody who just uses his size to win arguments rather than actually having meaningful dialogue with somebody. Also he seems really quick to violence. Rae is shut off from actively loving you because you scare her bro not because she is closed off.

Colby F : at first glance I thought that he was a genuine person who had good communication skills. At least from first impression conversations and general formalities of all the guys in the show he has the best communication skills. However when it comes to acknowledging faults and growing he has pretty close to the worst of the guys who went forward with the experiment. He smells like a serial cheater who may actually love Madeline but really doesn't understand how to be productive in conversation and not just flaunt that he is a rich white kid so love me because I am rich....seriously that polo date made me hurl. I wouldn't be surprised if he was financially pressuring Madeline into marriage. Even though he doesn't actually make any money but has a trust fund. He needs to grow up and learn how to have a real conversation and admit his own faults before he'll actually be good husband material if it's possible at this point. Also it was just incredibly cringy how he was trying to hook up with girls outside of the show. I don't fault him for making out with April because they clearly had a genuine connection and there was good fire between them. And ultimately if they are going to really try things out to figure out what the differences between their partner and this other person you have to really try things out. So I don't see anything done between the people that you had a trial marriage with as cheating because they were in a trial marriage. But the fact that he was constantly hunting outside of the show because as he said April wasn't giving him what he wanted to be able to know more for Madeline was just wacky as heck and disgusting.

Madilyn D : it's very tough to judge her negatively considering the piece of work that partner is. She really doesn't have a filter which isn't necessarily a negative thing but at the same time she just seems like a drunk lush who is a complete horndog. She seemed very aggressively trying to sleep with Randall on every occasion that she could and didn't care who knew it. Her aggressive nature and switching from being victim and aggressor can create a lot of awkward communication situations. Perhaps she is better when the alcohol is kept away from her. But she seemed like she was buzzed or drunk in every scene so. Idk. No filter no manners no mutual respect seen? Also she is way too chill with colby's. Extra affairs?
