Got Approved for Ulta Card Today but Not Sure about the Apr..

The cashier told me I was pre-approved for an ulta card and encouraged me to apply.i was approved and she told me that my purchase was 20%less and I could pay it next month. I asked the cashier if there was interest on my purchase and she said no.. I looked at the receipt and it says 32% APR. What do you think?
