I spoke to a representative on the chat function and they said there were updates/upgrades happening ( 🙄 ) so I had to go to an Ulta store to merge my gift cards to use for an item that was online-only… If you use gift cards because you live far from a standalone Ulta store, keep this in mind especially for Christmas! If you’re not aware, you can only redeem one gift card per online transaction and I needed to apply multiple $10 GCs for a large order. There was no estimated date provided for when the function will be back up despite the website saying it’s still an available feature.
