an intense gut twisting pain that tells you you need to go to the bathroom, and when you go the pain just sits there till you let out diarrhea/blood/ white stuff? i know that this is kinda universal but is the pain also intense for anyone else? does it also make you tired? i feel like lately these symptoms have gotten more intense.
