We're back. Kind of. Clearing out the cobwebs. Much stuff broken. Much stuff coming. More details to come. So much spam.

Post Body

Hi all, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis back in 2019. Had a stoma operation in May 2020 and recently had my stoma reversal via IRA surgery in August 2023. Even when I had my stoma I suffered really bad with fatigue and now I've had it reversed the fatigue seems to be getting worse. I'm on all different supplements to try and help with everything alongside some different medication and waiting to start biological medication. Just looking for suggestions that some of you guys use to try and keep your energy topped up. Any advice or conversation will be massively appreciated.
