Excersise induced sickness?

Thought this may be a good place to inquire. Has anyone experienced this? I am pregnant now but this happened before I was pregnant as well.

Anytime my heart rate gets high/my body gets a bit under stress via heat or excersise I get super sick. I have diahrrea and sometimes vomiting, shaking etc.

Doctors can't figure it out. They thought maybe a blood sugar or electrolyte issue but that hasn't been it. They suspect I have ulcerative colitis but it has not been confirmed due to my pregnancy I couldn't get the colonoscopy. Could it be related?

It is a recent thing maybe within the last 3 years. I do have thyroid disease (hashimotos) but it is currently well managed.

I am okay until I stop whatever it is I am doing and then it kicks in.

I feel like I can't ever do anything and it's so frustrating. I was hoping someone had experienced something similar and has some answers.
