Remicade question

Hey friends, I received my first dose of Remicade on 2/20 and my second dose on 3/7. Ever since the first dose, I have been nauseous like 24/7. Like I haven’t actually vomited very much, but it’s just this constant nausea that’s always in the background. Zofran really doesn’t help, phenergan does but it knocks me out so I can’t really take it during the day. Has anyone else had this issue with Remicade?
