Currently on Stelara for the past six months, and will be switching to Zeposia soon. But this is the third time it has happened to me. The other two times I thought I had overeaten, but this time my last meal was at 11:30.

At 3:30 pm today I was sitting down and started having intense pain from my chest down. It felt like all of my organs were spasming at the same time. Shortness of breath and heavy sweating. the pain was basically unbearable. It has almost passed now but earlier I was laying on the floor for the past 50 minutes focusing on breathing and dealing with the pain. This is different from the usual gut pain from inflammation.

I've already scheduled an appt with my primary about this, but I was wondering if anyone else had gone through this. I'm home alone typing this, and when I was going through the episode I was seriously considering calling an ambulance. But with medical costs and 8 hour ER waiting times, I decided to just deal with it. I'm 31 so I don't yet consider myself at risk for other conditions like heart attack or stroke, so my first thought is because of the meds. This disease sucks.
