Lichbane viability

Is lichbane still viable for the AP tank/bruiser build like it used to be on season 10/11? I tried a game with titanic and kinda felt it was unnecessary.... Unnecessarily disgusting for how fast r and titanic clear waves and multi monster camps. Looking for other options to go besides that
