So when if first started my Journey from windows I started with Ubuntu but got convinced to moved to Debian which has been great for the last 12 months for my laptop other than a few tweaks around drivers.
However I decided to move my gaming rig to Linux as I don't online game so I really wanted to get rid of windows.
I tried deb first but could not get it to install the Nvidia drivers and work at all so I thought I would try Ubuntu other than having to boot the usb in safe mode everything. Went fine.
The simplicity and the fact I was able to install everything I needed with out having to tweak was great, Nvidia drivers pre installed, sound working it's amazing and I must admit I'm now questions my laptop being on Deb although I've got very used to KDE.
I have a small issue where when Im booting it seems to cycle to the Ubuntu/MSI mb logo two or three times before loading into the logon screen... Is that normal
