Fresh Install. No Internet. No WIFI. No ethernet. No tethering.

Hi,
I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu (22.04) on my HP Victus laptop. I am completely unable to get internet. I've googled many solutions, and they all either don't work, or at some point require some package that I don't have installed, and am unable to install. I tried updating from the IOS, but no additional drivers were available.
Can someone please help, either with tethering or any other way to get internet to my system?
