What do you think Ubuntu needs to focus on next?

So self admission I am not running Ubuntu at this time but I do remember a few years ago I was totally obsessed with not only the distro but the community.
It really seemed it was the epitome of the open source, development, community minded focus.
I mean kind of all in the name too right? lol
So what do you think the community needs to focus on in the next decade to really keep this project advancing at the speed it has in the previous decade? :)
What do you think would be game changers?
