Hello there…. I have been in contact with ubiquiti support and we thought we had this solved but didn’t. I switched a customer over from Araknis to a UDM Pro and Ubiquitis APs. Well right off the bat we were having issues getting IPs assigned. So in the portal it was showing 169.xxx.x.x IP which is the devices NICs default IPs. So I spoke to support via the chat thingy and they had me change the lease time. It looked like for some odd reason that might have fixed it… so we thought customer called and states they are still having issues. So with nothing else to try I factory reset everything. Forget all the APs and switch’s and reset the UDM. Well now the issue is that things are not staying adopted. Switch’s are restarting on their own. IPs aren’t getting assigned and the customer and I are both frustrated. Anybody run into this that can offer insight other than me pulling my hair out?
