Curious if any of y'all have experienced the same. Ubiquiti has not gotten back of me of course.
So I have remote access enabled, and I can see the controller in unifi.ui.com. I have tried disabling remote access and re-enabling it, even rebooting multiple times and every single time this occurs.
I am trying to add a new limited admin, and it keeps telling me "You need to enable theĀ Remote AccessĀ first in theĀ UniFi OS settings." I am running a UCK-G2-Plus on UniFi OS 2.0.27 with all software up to date at the latest versions as of 1/28/2021. I am trying to give them access to UniFi Protect as a UI user. Anyone have the same issue and figured out how to get around it? Occured on UniFi OS 2.0.26 and 2.0.27.
