I have what i think is a strange issue with CC. CC do not show up as available devices in any of my apps (Netflix, Hulu, Plex, etc). However i am able to see my home hubs. If i tell google assistant to play something from netflix for example on a CC it works fine. I can connect to the CC through the home app and see it just fine. If a reboot the CC it does show up in my apps for a little while and works just fine but does eventually disappear from the list. I got both MDNS and IGMPv3 turned on, multicast filtering and blocking is turned off. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Edit: i am running a UDMP, 24 port Gen 2 POE, and NanoHD APs.
