Help with network layout of new home.

We are looking at purchasing a new two story house. Construction hasn't started yet so we will be able to add ethernet wiring for APs and protect cameras.

Anyone have recommendations on what APs and where they would place them? Most important areas of coverage are the 5th bedroom which will be used as an office. The Kitchen/living room/Sun Room area, garage as we will have a shop in it, and the loft and master bedroom upstairs.

We do have one AP-AC-LR that will be coming with us.

Also any advice on camera placement?
