I'm having a consistent issue where upon trying to run any client based program (I've only been able to test games because thats all I have on this specific machine) I am disconnected from my wifi, I'm running an edgerouter x/AP AC Lite combo, and have my network combined at the 5g and 2g bands. Interestingly enough when I try to reconnect I get the "Cant connect to this network" prompt, but when connecting to my separate 2g extended network I have no problem. Upon closing games I am able to reconnect to the wifi just fine. I've tried everything from resetting the AP, to DHS resets, and even resetting windows on my pc. Nothing has worked and I feel like it is definitely a networking issue. I've reset my AP multiple times before with no issue, so I am wondering if the edgerouter is in need of a factory reset as well. My problem is that I'm not really sure how to properly reset the router, I've heard that doing so via the reset button can brick it's functions, and that the process of setting it up after a reset is different from the initial setup.
For extra insight on this specific problem (in case it may be able to help anyone diagnose the issue further) I've checked the event logs when the problem occurs and I consistently get Warning category events such as:
"Name resolution for the name cdp.cloud.unity3d.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. --- Warning event only happens when chrome is open" (This particular event only happens when chrome is open, and I've been told it is due to chrome "overtrying" to reach a DNS server that dosent exist, when chrome is not running I do not get this event.
and:
βThe application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

CLSID and APPIDs change depending on the game being ran
Any help or insight on either problem or issue would be GREATLY appreciated! I feel decently confident that the issue is not one with my machine, but most likely somewhere in the network setup or equipment configuration. I'm a shameless novice with ubiquiti equipment though so if it is I definitely require some help. Thanks in advance!
