I had two ERL-3s crap out in the same way, do you think they would do a cash refund in my situation? ( my respectful request to the RMA dept in post )

Dear Ubiquiti RMA dept.
Hey, hope you are having a great day! ツ
- I would like to request a monetary refund for this RMA.
- I already have another, past warranty, ERLite-3 with the same problem that I am trying to restore.
- Alternatively, if not a refund, can I also RMA my other, older, ERL-3? It appears to have a known defect with the software and/or internal USB/microSD drive.
