Hopefully this post is detailed enough that someone is able to assist me!
About the hardware: My UDM Pro, now about 3-4yrs old has been randomly dropping WAN traffic. My ecosystem is running the 8.0.24 release for Unifi’s Network application and the UDM Pro is running Unifi OS 3.2.7. I am using 4 U-6 Mesh APs, each being powered over PoE by a Switch Pro 24 PoE. The WAN RJ-45 from the ONT connects to my UDM Pro’s RJ-45 WAN port. From there, I have one RJ-45 from the UDM going to one USP RPS and the other going to the Switch Pro 24 PoE.
ISP’s configuration: The ISP’s WAN (I have a static IP) is fiber coming in from outdoors terminating at a Nokia ONT with a single RJ-45 output. I have had them out twice now, once to replace the fiber cable that the builders next door cut and the next to determine why we weren’t getting any WAN access. I switched to temporarily use their hardware (an Eero Gateway Pro 6E) in order to confirm what the issue was. Given their hardware has had no issues, it is an issue with my Unifi setup.
Symptoms: After connecting to either wireless or hardwired connection, the device indicates connection however shows no internet availability. The internet availability seemingly fluctuates from being available/normal to not being available. Users did indicate that once this began, it was intermittent and ultimately led to no connection at all on the primary LAN. They then switched over to the guest network which worked normal, progressing into similar behavior as the primary LAN, and then becoming no longer able to connect to the internet at all. I am able to connect wirelessly and via hardwired connect to the UDM Pro and connected devices given the SSID is still up.
What I have tried: - Replacement of possible cables effecting traffic - Rebooting system (obviously) - Restoring from a backup to earlier firmware version - Connecting 1-2 of the APs directly to the UDM Pro (since wireless is what my clients mainly use) - Using the ISP’s hardware which solved the issue at hand until I am able to solve the Unifi issues

Any help or questions would be appreciated to hopefully lead me in the right direction for answers! If I should be pulling other logs or if others would be helpful to you all for assisting with the diagnosis, just let me know and I’ll get them!
