UDM (not pro) working, but no access configuration page

My UDM has had an automatic update (as configured by myself) and everything is still working as before. So all my networks and VLANs are up like normal. The only thing is that when I go to https://192.168.11.1, the following is shown on the webpage: "UniFi Dream Machine Booting. Please wait approximately 1-2 minutes for the console to be ready for setup". This has going on for days now. I have rebooted the device by unplugging it, but this has no effect.

I have tried to access it via SSH or SCP, but either give a connection refused message. Is there anything else I can try to do, besides a full reset of the UDM, and save my configuration somehow?
