Being able reduce a tip is such bull....

This lady who I deliver to all the time at least 2x/wk to her work has now not once but twice taken away my tip ...granted it was only a couple bucks, and I know I shouldn't take her again after the first time but where she orders from and the drop off is super quick and easy.. and it's not an everytime thing....it was literally just a drink from sonic u can't tell me it was messed up 🙄🙄..and required a pin so you cant say you didnt get it.. apparently you are just miserable
