So I was having data issues on my phone. I was doing a double pick up and after I picked up the first order, all my data went to crap. Figured the only thing I could do was to call support and maybe get them canceled or whatever. My voice service was working OK so I got a number from my wife who looked it up and I called it. Preparing myself for the usual, no compensation and hit on my cancellation rate, something else happened. The agent actually was very kind and canceled both of my orders, gave me the old three dollar compensation for both of them, got to keep the KFC, and my cancellation rate wasn’t affected. Did I call a parallel universe Uber? Tried again on a different order to check, same great service. WTH? You guys try it and let me know.
