Hi, so l've been doing UberEats for a good 3-4 months now without any issues, and my ratings are fairly good and consistent without any real issues. However, in the last week I did notice that there were a lot of delays in the restaurants handing me my orders and also a lot of bad weather which may have affected by ratings. I wasn't ever warned that this could happen and suddenly my account got deactivated yesterday. I tried to appeal it today but within a few hours, they seemed to have already made their decision despite it saying it will take 7 or so business days.
I'm not sure where to go from this. Is there any chance that if I go to the GreenLight Hub that they'll give another review to the decision with some reasoning? Or if I call their customer support. This is totally random for me because it was a good little side hustle with decent earnings.
Please if there is any insight anyone can give, it'll be appreciated!
