The accept order placement just everything about it is such fucking bullshit design so that you are accidentally accepting shit orders which is probably by fucking design because they know chances are you're going to fucking accidentally accepted and then feel obligated to just complete the fucking trip even if you LOSE MONEY taking it. I have almost a 30% cancellation rate solely from accidentally accepting fucking bullshit orders that pop up when I'm trying to take a picture of the food, use the in-app navigation or do anything else inside of the fucking app. Make it so you have to confirm you actually want the fucking order and then this will all be fucking resolved. No just hiting where the offer popped up on the fucking screen and boom you've got it. Make it so you need to hit accept, then there is a pop up "are you sure you wish to accept" Yes and then you can actually take it. Will it add two seconds longer to accept an order sure but I'd rather take an extra 2 seconds and press an extra fucking button then needing to go through the fucking cancellation process because Uber decided to give me a $2 for 10 mi fucking trip when I went to click to take a fucking picture of the food. It's fucking bullshit and needs to be fucking resolved. Either do that or don't penalize drivers for canceling fucking orders because if you're going to make it so fucking stupid to accidentally accept bullshit orders and you design it that way for a reason then we shouldn't be fucking penalized because of your bullshit dumb fucking accept screen or give us a 30 second grace period where we can cancell without being penalized. This is so fucking simple a toddler could have come up with this fucking idea and the fact a multi million dollar company hasn't considered something so fucking simple baffles me. Rant fucking over.
