Extra Licensing Info?

I’m currently applying to drive for Uber Eats. The only thing left under review are the car insurance and registration which is good. My only item that’s giving me an issue is the pending Background Check.

I sent a pic of current license, previous address license and even previous state license and they sent them all back to try again. Now I sent a 3 year driving record.

Has anyone else had this issue while applying? And if so, any advice? Thanks.

**EDIT: I applied to be a driver back in 2018 but never went through with it. It’s a problem I need to contact support about to get it fixed.
