I have eats pass for months never any problems then suddenly it tells me thereās a problem with my payment method. They charge me about 10 times but it still says there is a problem and I donāt have the pass. Ok so contact support they tell me a specialized team gotta handle and they will be in contact in about 48hrs .a week passes no contact the charges disappear from my PayPal but doesnāt withdraw any money from my bank assume they dropped the charge and fixed whatever glitch happened. I try to buy eats pass again on oct 1 about a week from the original problems. after I click buy it loads very slowly and when it finally does load the screen letting me know I have eats pass pops up 4 times. I check my PayPal I see four charges had been made I actually able to use the pass this time. I contact support they give me the 48 hrs specialized team song and dance. Weekend passes by but this time PayPal actually withdraws the $39.96Contact support several times over next 2 weeks told 48hrs each time. Get tired and report them to PayPal. Paypal tries contact them gives them date respond the 25th of October it comes and goes nothing PayPal refunds me 2 of the three duplicate charges says the third might take up to December 3. Today open Uber eats canāt make order says problem processing charge of $9.99 canāt make order till I pay. Contact same song and dance āspecialized teamāis working. Iām platinum member I used Uber eats almost everyday not anymore. The support is none existent for this simple problem Iām pissed I might dispute all charges now because I should have 4 days left on pass but I canāt even place a order horrible customer care.
