Food not delivered scam... possible solution.

So I have been driving UberEats a few months now. Keep hearing about customers lying about not receiving their order and scamming to get free food.
It seems like an easy solution would be to have the customer app show a QR code that could then be scanned by the drivers app. Bingo confirmation. No scan, no food.
