Driver scammed me

Guy takes a photo of my food outside my apartment door before he walks away with it and my tip. Uber says they can’t help me, so I can only call the restaurant itself for a refund. Now I’m without food, out of money, and on hold for 30min.
Edit: Tender Greens is great. They refunded me/ remade my order. Uber is trash. Get DoorDash instead
