Because of some probable scammer who wanted to brick an iPhone for free I lose my job… 😢 I tried calling support 4 times and spent 4 hours on the phone. I went to the hub and i went to support online. I dont know what else to do but this is kinda no bueno when they dont even identify what you did wrong… i saw this happens all the time so i will add my experience. Dont deliver Apple. Just dont. People are not doing all right and they dont care about your livelihood…. 8 years and this how you are treated… If it was the Apple order that i am accused of, I did all the proper measures… i texted the person prior to arrival and at arrival. I have their signature… they have me geolocated and texting the recipients upon arrival… how are there no verification systems? Why is there no accountability? I assume if they are accusing me of fraud and theft, we can get the police involved… what is going on with this world? I feel we are living in the Idiocracy movie…
