Tipping twice

So I just ordered a pizza. The price was 28.56. Then the tip was 9.14 which in total is 37.70. But then I got a separate email which another 9.14 is charged and a message said thanks for tipping now comes out to 46.84. This is my first time using Uber Eats for delivery. Majority of the time I use it for take out. Should I be worried about them taking money for the tip twice? I looked at my bank statement for my credit card and it shows 37.70. and 9.14 twice which in total comes out to 55.
