UBER EATS to be clear.

This poor woman!! She had 2 orders batched together from 7/11. She showed me on her app, it didn't show she had 2 orders!!

So when it told me she was close, I was watching the live map. She was lost so I called her and gave her some directions. My place is hard to find so I don't blame her at all. I get back to the house and it's the wrong order! I call her and ask if there was a mistake. We figure out that my order was getting crossed between another's, so when I called her she was actually making the delivery to the 2nd order.

She had to drive back and pick up the wrong bag, then drive back to 7/11 and get my energy drinks. Then drive back to me, and then she still has to figure out how to contact the previous customer as she incorrectly marked it as delivered(thinking I was that customer!)

WHEW WHAT A MESS. She was so polite and I felt so bad for her having to deal with that, especially at 11pm. On a 22 dollar order I upped my tip to 15 bucks for the trouble, and because she absently mentioned she was running out of gas tonight.

But I think she also maybe deserves a good word put in for her? I gave 5 stars and checked all the categories. Just wasn't sure if there was one more thing I could do!
