Been a long standing Uber member since the beginning, having used them originally because I was sick of Taxi's screwing me over.

Fast forward to now, and I've repeatedly had disaster after disaster with delivery drivers.

The first instance of recent note is I believe stealing my food as I ordered Taco Bell but was given a 6 piece KFC chicken instead. Definitely feel like the driver stole my meal and gave me a different one on this one because it's hard to make that mistake since they give you a box not a bag for the Taco Bell.

Second instance was similar, but the driver delivered my food in a backpack with the food crushed on it's side. Was an hour and a half late and cold. Refused the delivery and now Uber won't refund me.

Anyway, just a heads up as there is some weird things going on with Uber Eats lately. I've switched apps and deleted the app while I wait for a charge back via paypal.
