This is the first time I’ve ever had a tip lowered and I have no clue why. I remember this was a double and the first drop off didn’t tip. The second drop off I followed their instructions to the letter. Left their food on a chair and knocked VERY LIGHTLY (they said it 3 different times in the note). Really wish I could have an answer :/.
