I see there was a glitch with the app yesterday, and thankfully I didn't have that, but I had something else totally crazy all night that I have never seen before. I was absolutely flooded with orders all night, but they were all base pay $2-3. I don't mean there were just a lot but still plenty good orders sprinkled in, I mean I was declining dozens in just a 3 hour run. It was so busy with them that I was getting rapid fire offers while on a delivery and still 2 miles from drop off the whole time. Plenty of insane like 16 mile orders for like $5-8 too IIRC. I did get a FEW orders that had a tip and were worth doing, but I definitely made half of what I normally would in that time.
I know I'm gonna get some people brushing this off like "no tippers are normal" but I'm telling you, doing this as sole income every day, I have never seen this. My AR went from almost 50% down to 22% in those 3 hours. Maybe it was the moon, or maybe everyone was especially broke this Monday but wanting to order out, or maybe something was in the water I don't know lol. Really I suspect there was some kind of glitch, I can't explain it otherwise. Ironically my DoorDash app was busted and not letting me even sign in last night too.
