I need to contact support directly as a gift voucher I purchased never worked

I get the same copy paste replies. It’s been 4 months now, ubereats has literally scammed me out of £100 and has seemingly no intention to refund this. How hard is it to see that I never used the voucher? They just keep saying that there specialised team will look into it/ sending the same copy and paste responses.
