App glitch

For the last two weeks, to get orders I have to literally be staring at the app. It’s like my location times out. To troubleshoot, I log out, uninstall the app, and then reinstall and log back in and it works again for a bit.
Anyone found a fix for this? So frustrating. iPhone 14 pro max for reference.
