What do you usually do when a company asks you to complete a design challenge?
Post Body

I know it depends on the challenge but typically what design thinking methods do you show and also how do you present it?

Do you show them the design first or walk through the process and show the design at the end?

How long do you typically spend working on it?

New to the UX field so just wanting to know everyone’s thoughts.

Edit: I mean a design challenge/task during the job interview process.
