Anyone else feels a bit behind when it comes to artificial intelligence and new tech?

Post Body
I’m a rather new UX Designer and in my late twenties. All I see lately is about chatGPT and AI in general. I have a rather biased opinion on chatGPT and I’m not sure it will be the revolution everybody talks about, but I do consider AI the future. However I don’t have much interest in it and it kind of scares me… I’m scared to become irrelevant eventually due to my lack of interest. Anyone else feels behind? Will this change the future of our jobs and careers?
